We are extremely happy with Klaus & Sons. Their workers were on time, did what they were hired to do and cleaned up after themselves. That said, the men were friendly and attentive to any questions or suggestions we had. They laid protective padding over the entire work area, and after each days work (2 in our case), they put everything back in place, removed the coverings and vacuumed any materials left. They placed the things they removed in their truck (not in our bins like some workmen we have had)and took it away at the end of each day. We couldn't have been more pleased! Just noticed the question on rating the cost/pricing of their service. They were not the least expensive nor the most expensive, but they were well worth the price!

12-2. Net 30. Gate code is #3033. Daniel 626-710-3763 the community manager emailed in. There is a leak in front of the unit that needs to be addressed. Attaching video of leak.
(10-12 REQ) Callback. Spoke with John. The pressure regulator that James put in (still covered under a 1 year warranty) looks like it's leaking.
2-4. I spoke to Emil (310) 739-4899, he is Margos husband. The upstairs shower drips even after it gets shut off and they want it fixed.
No need for invoice. I quickly checked cooling levels. No charge.
(11-1) Net 30. CALL JESSE BEFORE GOING OUT! Per Jesse, the 4 inch floor drain is backing up again
Within the hour. Requested Raul. I spoke to Brian, they had Raul out last month working on their hvac unit and were told that the work he did was going to take care of the issue and the unit is still not blowing as cold as it should be. They want to make sure that the unit works right before it gets hot.
3 - 5. Spoke to Carrie. Leak on shut off valve underneath kitchen sink, was trying to hook up new dishwasher and they can't shut it off. Main line is currently turned off. Please check out and provide pricing before performing any work!!

2 - 4. Spoke to Linda. She has a customer supplied toilet she would like installed. Quoted her STARTING at $325. Please re-quote if more than this.
2 -4. Spoke to Zoe. Per Jesse, send Sal. Same toilet we have worked on before a few times is still leaking from very bottom from the tank. Old tech Bryan installed this back in Nov. 2023. Amen came out a few times for leaking of it and spoke to Jesse about how the gasket can't be reached because of how it was installed. They have called back multiple times for it leaking. It probably needs to be completely replaced. Please take a look at it and see what's going on and ask Jesse what he would like to do.
